Dr. Arcolin was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to the United States to pursue his dentistry career. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and obtained his medical degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he graduated top of his class.
